Reviews
Cozy restaurant, friendly staff. Ate spare ribs, was ok but not more than that: well cooked, but very fatty and low spiced, weird garnish.
Wonderful tapas. Great friendly staff.
What a hospitable host😃
And Rob, the Triple honey Latyka beer..... 👍🏻🥃
Nice place
Cozy café, good atmosphere and extremely attentive owner, a true gem of De Bilt. Rob, thanks for the hospitality and the nice conversation!
Beautiful complex with large garden in a forest area, ideal for conferences, but there is nothing to do on Sundays. None of the atmosphere as read in the article under 'nearby'. Get your own drinks and don't add anything tasty. The history of old mission house and monastery are more interesting.
Friendly owner, and nice and laid back crowd. Amstel and Skumkoppe on tap, including Hertog Jan in the bottle. Feels like a living room cafe. Darts is also possible there. Recommended!
In honor of our wedding anniversary, we rented the party room here with our group of almost 25 people, including 4 toddlers, on August 17, ending with a hot/cold buffet. We all enjoyed the ambiance, the planning, the delicious buffet and the friendly and hospitable service. Surprisingly and beautifully presented bowls with fresh salads, delicious meatballs and satay and to top it all off, a large piece of ham weighing over 3 kilos. It was truly a celebration from the reception to the last bite with a pleasant ending. We had already eaten in a restaurant on our wedding day and enjoyed Rob's cooking. Tasty Tapas, and a tasty Bistro menu. Highly recommended to go to BU!TEN. Rob, Angelique and the Buiten team, thank you for the great care and the top party evening, which we will remember for a long time. For you all the stars available!!
Unfortunately no zero star option
Okay, the corona pandemic is no fun for a restaurateur, but if you have nothing to offer, keep the door closed.
It is no longer a restaurant, there is NOTHING left to eat except for a snack (cheese sticks)
The only thing that was possible was to have a drink in a downright dirty environment, dirty tables and chairs, rubbish on the floor and a toilet where you wouldn't want to be caught dead.
I have been to enough restaurants and bistros in recent weeks and people have been working very hard to get back on track.
In this way I am afraid that the door will close completely and that is quite a shame as De Bilt does not have many entertainment venues.
